Captain America : Age of Ultron edition

HELLO BLOGOSPHERE!

Been a while hasn't it? I hope you've been clicking those links on the right, because i've been WAY more active on those sites.

This is a commission for the incredibly patient Dexter Charming from Y!gallery. He wanted Captain America in his Age of Ultron costume. I Accepted this challenge of course. One crappy second half of summer, a move back to France, a loss and gain of stylus later, it's done! XD

I'd apologize for the watermark, but this is a commission, the one who paid gets the final say. Them's the ropes.

Besides, this protects me too. Art thieves are a thing. I haven't gotten a severe dose yet, but I once had to reblog an older picture of mine on tumblr because there was no credit to me being the artist XD.

There were variants requested which i obliged to since it was technically the same drawing, so as per usual, the blog faithful get everything ;)

Oh, and funny story XD.

 I got so caught up doing this one that i forgot that i didn't need to do a background, so in the end, i made one anyway based on the reference for the pose i was given.

Quick side note, commissions are closed till further notice. Fall is upon us and there are a lot of projects and drawings i want to finish up.

Tiz "Rings a Bell"

Hi Everyone!

So over on Smut with a K, I posted a sketch of a character that i meant to finish a while ago which made me do more digging, and i found a drawing, that was still in sketch form, that i started after I posted a Tiz practice sketch over on tumblr.

I decided to finish it up and so here's the result

I've been adopting a Hybrid workflow between Paint Tool SAI ( sketching and coloring ) Manga studio ( Inking ) and Photoshop ( Composition and Background) and i'm starting to get used to it.

Quick side note, i LOVE Bravely default. I never got the chance to finish it because i was extremely busy with school, but i'll probably be playing it over the summer, along with the avalanche of games i missed out on.

I want to say that i finished this faster then i thought, but that's because there was already a sketch. Then again here i am posting while the sun comes up...again. XD

As annoying as hair is to draw on Anime and RPG characters, I actually had fun coloring it. It was kind of particular this one though. At first i made Ringabel's hair Blond, but then i realized that it's more of a washed out de-saturated blond then a golden color. I ran into a similar problem with Tiz and his hair color, but that's what i get for trying to respect the style of the game and not doing what i prefer.

Anyway, there are more things i want to start working on. Old and new :) so i didn't push the other versions too much

Hope your summer is off to a good start. So far i have to admit that mine is.

Hey guys and gals.

Like i said just now, here's another example of a quick drawing, now in the form of the lovely Bolin.

I have been a LoK ( Legend of Korra) fan for quite some time now, but as you may have read and noticed i barely had time to show it over the summer, so now here's Bolin.

I love Bolin, oh my god, he's cute, hot, goofy, kind, just all the things that would make him a peeeerfect boyfriend. *squee*.

Yes i blatantly entitled this post Team Bolin, because no offense to Mako fans, but i'm on Team Bolin. sure i have some degree of respect for him when *SLIGHT SPOILER ALERT* he managed to be of some use to Korra when it was time to face Amon, but i still much rather prefer Bolin. Also, at least Bolin wasn't a two-timing scumbag... Just saying.

Also slight apology because i was supposed to post this yesterday but my internet was on the fritz, but it's ok now.

Anyway, I may be done for the quick drawings for the week because i have to work in the morning, but this is definitely not the last of them.

Got any ideas, request, critique? Never be afraid to drop them in the comment section or any other site i post this on which are always linked on the site

Seeing Superman with your own X-ray Vision

Hey Everyone!

So since I've been getting some inspiration back and getting back into drawing, and i just wanted to draw Superman for some reason, this was the result.

I did a version with a little bit of hair down there for those who aren't fans of the smooth look

The reason i'm so happy with this is because i manageq to draw and finish this in under 4 hours, which is relatively fast for me. Critique is very welcomed and i think that whenever i have the spare time i'll try to fit in a drawing to keep me motivated. ( and you all entertained of course ;] )

It won't only be superheros of course, but i'm not discarding them either. It's nice to draw some heroes every once in a while.

I should have another pic coming up real soon.

Magnus Fever

Hello Blogosphere! How have you been? Summer treat you well?
I don't want to bore you and talk about my summer since it had it's highs and lows.
During the summer however I got to continue playing Kid Icarus Uprising, which my busy ass had no time to play until the break.

As the title suggest, I've become quite the fan of Magnus.

I actually just started doodling with that one, then I thought of Magnus ( who is playable in a certain chapter btw ! ^__^ ) and the fascination with Hot Springs in the Kid Icarus Universe. Two dudes in a hot spring and talk of taking clothes off and steaming sacred buns happens in chapter two of the game.
So seriously, the scenarios write/draw themselves. Why is the web not flooded with this stuff? And Magnus is so damn MANLY! *UNF*

Next thing you know, i haven't had enough and i still wanted to draw the sexy bastard, so the next pic was born.

When you defeat the boss in chapter 2, Magnus calls Pit Angel face, so I though I'd answer my own craving and questions about and for Magnus with this.
Now lately, i've been very undecisive when i re-size my pics, cause the initial finished drawing is huge, being above 3000 pixels in Height and Width. My issue is that details shrink or plain out get lost as they become minuscule, therefor i'm providing two other sizes for you guys.

I've missed drawing, i have to say, and though my summer wasn't lacking in inspiration, it was in free time surprisingly ( Seriously, people were over here everyday)

Anyway, i said i wouldn't bore you with my summer stories, so i won't.

I'll have more for you later this week (which i've already finished, i promise XD) so i'll see you guys later!

Happy Birthday Branchlaw!

Well as the Title states, today is Branchlaw's birthday ! When I read his journal on the y! I knew I had to ask him if he wanted some gift art of his characters, he gave me the choice between his O.C's Phil and Kenji, but I surprised him with both.

Doing this has allowed me to get even more used to Sai, and thus I think I've developed a new style (ahh the good old days ...XD)

An Older Tai

Hey folks.

Starting of the posts this week with another commission from Takatofan1989 who has a cool infatuation with Digimon characters.

This was a commission of Tai.

I'm sure I mentioned this in my Henry post, but aging characters Is very fun. It was no different with Tai. 

I wanted to really push myself into doing a clothed version because I didn't want to be lazy.
I even managed to squeeze it into one drawing session (almost didn't).
Once you know how to work layers though, these things become a snap.

Like Henry, I won't post ALL the versions here, you'll have to ask Takatofan1986 for that one. He DID allow me to post, but I just want it to be personal and meaningful. It is a commish after all.

Intense Battle! James VS Brock!

Hey folks!

I posted a little teaser on my facebook recently and I waited as I was working on other drawings before posting this one.

Well Now you can enjoy it in all it's glory. It's James VS Brock and looks like James gonna get that badge alright!

Now a LOT of yaoi drawings feating James usually feature him as the submissive bottom and all feminine, and you know we're all about the muscles and the bara here, so I couldn't let that happen.

It's been noted in many of my pokemon request that they wanted James to top. I'm here to answer the call, and... dare I say it : "To protect the world from devastation" and " unite all people within our nation" XD!
Seriously, It's James from Team Rocket, I couldn't help myself.

I had a great time drawing this since It helped me get a hold of SAI some more and I even tried colored lines for this one. ( the pen layer Is a BLESSING I tell you.)

As for Brock I think i'm secretly infatuated with him. Seriously, Brock's becoming the Ghork to my pokemon fan-art. I start drawing pokemon stuff, and next thing you know, the other trainer is Brock. Oh well, Brock Is hot when you think about it.

I'll have more stuff, and am current working on other drawings, so expect some new stuff next week for sure.

As you can probably tell, i was asked to age him a bit, since the original Henry Is a child.

This Is always fun though as you get to stretch your creative muscles and use some imagination. Do I add Facial Hair? how Big show I make him? Do I change his hair? Etc...

Naughty Kiba

Hey Folks!

Well there's actually NO particular reason why I drew this. I still want to practice SAI and I wanted to see If I could still pull off the the simple Cell-shading style.

So I literally went In my reference folders, clicked on Anime and Did " eni mini myni mo " Twice until I fell On Naruto ( the series) then On Kiba.

There are 3 simple Background versions to this and this is the bed one. The other 2 are on my Tumblr and the other on my Y!gallery.

The Eoleo Post?

Hey Guys!

So Now that I've been messing around with PaintToolSAI, I just feel like drawing CONSTANTLY. XD

The Reason there is a question mark on this post is because on my Y!Gallery profile picture I've had this sort of comic page thing as my profile picture. Now since this was a WIP that i never finished, i just left it there and never really touched it again, but i did like it enough to use it however.

SO! This is for 2 things. The first is my LONG overdue Fan-art of Golden Sun Dark Dawn's Eoleo, and the second is to do justice to my old Work In Progress and show it to you guys.

Did I mention how much I'm enjoying discovery SAI?
Just want to give a Quick shout out to Ad140 for showing the door of opportunities when he did back then when explaining me how the Lines work. ( I still have the files man! XD), Also to Inmomakuro for answering my PM and for THIS, which was a HUGE help in understanding how one way of coloring works, and Finally to Gnin, who gave me a little push to try It and ALWAYS encorages me. You guys are the best and you have no Idea how much you inspire people. ( Whether it's Directly or Indirectly )

 Here now for the slight redemption is a bigger size and resolution to the aforementioned comic WIP that's on my Profile pic on the y!gallery.
 

If I recall, this came about for me because of Branchlaw ( who is equally awesome btw ) and THIS Since he said he took, and I quote, "Eoleo's porn cherry" lol.

Simply read the comic WIP and some of the comments on his drawing to understand this further. XD

Drayden Wants a Challenge!

Like a mentioned in a previous post, drawing Drayden made me realize how sexy i think he is. So i did a quick solo pic of him ( as promised) for you guys

Like the Title says, he wants a challenge, maybe he just finished off an opponent and is looking for his next victim ?

I know the size of the pic is a little big, but i felt that making it any smaller would take away from the effect and feeling i was trying to draw in the pic.

I prefer the smooth ( shaved pubic hair) and cum-covered dick version of this, but he are the slight variants, especially for those who prefer their men with pubic hair.

Jari-Thure, Not so cold anymore

Yikes, i'm actually a few days behind for this post, Lo siento :)

Yep he's from a Sonic game! Sonic Unleashed ! See that guy all the way to the right ? yep, that's him. References for this guy are scarce, but i did my best, I even tried to do justice to the coat's design.

Right now, even though i might be starting commissions again soon, and even though i'm still doing the pokemon series, I've got 2 request that i am going to do in waiting.

Neon Ghork and some Banners

'Ello 'Ello everyone !

Yes, I'm ALIIIIIIIVE ! I'd give a long rant about the absence but that would be boring :/ , besides in a nutshell : Pokemon, i had Bronchitis and life. lol.

So A while ago I introduced this new Character of mine, Ghork, Here exclusively!

During that nutshell absence i learned about a new coloring technique that i wanted to try. My Inspiration well was running dry so i figured why not use an old line art ? Now this was easier said then done, because the line art was on an external hard drive of mine that doesn't function properly anymore, meaning i actually had to take this from my own blog! ( and yes, sadly this means that ALL unfinished line arts before said events are now completely gone :( ...)
So the bad news? I Had to separate the line art from the background, and i posted it before i figured out a solution to the quality drop problem with pictures on Blogger. But hardships aside, Voilà ! Neon Ghork !

I really like the way it turned out and discovering new techniques and practicing them is always fun. This also FINALLY means that i have finally colored my own character XD ( that way people will know who the guy in my Y!gallery avatar is, and is the way he is... lol)

Still wanna do lots with this character and i hope to draw him more in the future, I introduced him the at the same time as Abe, my Monkey boy, which some of you liked very much if i remember right.

Finally, before my abscence i did take the time to make a few banners of my more recently finished works, so feel free to use them on your blogs !



I made them, moderately big just in case, but feel free to crop and/or resize them if necessary :]
